The year is 356 A.S. Monsters have roamed the world for hundreds of years and humanity is only now beginning to pull themselves out from under the ashes. Outside of a small western frontier town called Canaan, a young man is discovered and subsequently saved from the seemingly endless desert surrounding the town. With no memory of who he is, where he came from, or anything at all, this newcomer, now going by the name Seth, must learn to not only live, but survive in a world where everything he meets wants to hurt or kill him. However, more important than learning how to survive, Seth must also learn to discover the truth as he searches for answers regarding who he is and exactly how he fits into this insane world of men and monsters that he now finds himself in.
