I wish you well is the first instalment of a series or chronicles about everyday people, with unnerving endings. The first centres on two characters Mary and Jez. Their individual characters are brought to life with exceptional imagination by the author. The author takes each reader on their own individual journey and through the books own characters doubtless the reader will relate to the moralistic viewpoints raised. As each plot and subplot unfolds the reader will constantly ask themselves the question, "is that me, the author has written about" With a frightening climactic ending with a twist you cannot see coming, it leaves you breathless but mindful of the warning just what you may wish for!
