For three decades, an abandoned asylum for the criminally insane, known to the locals as Bone Hill, sits vacant and alone on the outskirts of town. But now, an old vagrant named Harold has taken up residence in the old structure bringing it back to life. The asylum, fueled by the collective madness of its former inhabitants, seduces Harold into shedding innocent blood. The asylum strengthens Harold with gifts from its former patients, but Harold must make sacrifices from his own body to receive them. Out on a double date, four teenagers, Sherry, John, Mandy, and Craig, sneak into Bone Hill for a little excitement. They get more than they bargained for when Harold, imbued with his new demonic toys, hunts them down to sacrifice them to his new god. The teens must band together and find a way to escape this supernatural madness or risk becoming permanent residents of the horror that is Bone Hill.
