Something is Afart…Frankie Ankles lives in the small town of Little Wafting. There’s a permanent awful stench in his house, which emanates from his younger sister’s bottom and is enough to make the sturdiest of people retch. He puts this latest bout of wind activity down to the new secret tins of beans that his mother brings home from the factory where she works. One evening, while lying on his bed, Frankie hears strange noises coming from the attic above. He eventually plucks up enough courage to go and investigate. He is horrified to discover something very sinister lurking within the shadows of the eerie room. Over the course of the week, the thing in the attic grows rapidly, threatening to rage out of control and cause havoc. Time is running out. Frankie is desperate to get to the BOTTOM of things, before it’s too late...
