SHE COMES OUT ONLY AT NIGHT When Rupert agrees to live in a castle for a year in order to inherit his uncle's estate, he thinks it's going to be easy money. Then late one night, a pale woman shows up, wet and cold. He agrees to let her warm up by his fire, and she flees before morning. He sees her again, but every time it's always at night. HE FINDS HER SLEEPING IN A GLASS-TOPPED STONE COFFIN Is she a vampire? Does it matter? He loves her, and that's what counts.

About the Author

Bram Stoker (1847-1912) was an Irish writer best known as the creator of Count Dracula. He wrote other novels, too, of course: Lair of the White Worm, The Jewel of Seven Stars, The Primrose Path, etc.
