After sharing a jail cell with Luna Tick, Ms. Stinky is released from jail and decides to stage a car accident with Foxy so they can collect insurance fraudulently. Things do not work out as planned when Foxy decides to ignore their plan and mows Ms. Stinky down at high speed with her car in front of the public library on Broughton Street. In the meantime, Dr. Ponzi has been up to some nasty business and is put under sty arrest at Ms. Stinky’s, instead of being put in jail, as per his wishes. Ms. Stinky is delighted and invites the piglets in the neighbourhood over to play pin the tail on the old oaf and other games where Dr. Ponzi is the unfortunate centre of attention. As an investigation is conducted into the insurance fraud involving Ms. Stinky and Foxy, Luna Tick also gets involved. It appears that Ms. Stinky and Luna Tick will be headed back to jail when the auditors find out that the insurance agency has been ripped off to the tune of thousands of slops. To Ms. Stinky’s utter disappointment she is not nailed in the end and is denied a trip to jail which makes her very angry. The question is who does go to jail! Let’s not forget that according to Ms. Stinky, jail is a right and not a privilege!Every Village Needs an Idiot Series celebrates the good fortune we have in Canada to always have strong competition for the position of village idiot in every community. In the series we learn about some of the animals that are the strongest candidates for these positions in Victoria, BC neighbourhoods and adjoining cities. Ms. Stinky, Dr. Ponzi, Foxy Ferguson, Luna Tick, Busy B. Ody, Dr. B. Rayne Fixer, Lily Pad, Nipinator, Miss Kitty, Dips Tick and, other characters show what happens when stupidity, a hoggish lack of manners and no understanding of moral and ethics are combined with a healthy dose of arrogance, grandiosity and self-centredness.
