The Haunted Highway

When someone encountered a white figure on the highway at St. Aubin without being able to identify the individual, when a taxi driver traveled the same route without ever returning, and when a police cruiser disappeared on the same highway, Shah and his friends became extremely suspicious. Had something evil been stirred from its sleep? Had the gates of hell been opened? In an attempt to investigate the strange goings on, Shah, with the help of his friends, inadvertently stumbled onto a deadly secret that went back some 50 years and to twin sisters, one dead, and one living – the twin still alive haunted by memories of the tragic incident that took place one dark night on the Haunted Highway….

About the Author

Born in 1967 in Mauritius where he is still living with his wife and two sons, the author is an Education Officer teaching at secondary level. He worked as clerical officer, court officer, primary school teacher and finally completed his diploma and degree courses at the University of Mauritius. He has written several secondary level English books for local editors and also contributes articles for newspapers. His main hobbies are reading, playing football, and travelling.
