Working around strange, archaic students, unstable teachers, and abundant social control, Whitelocke is a peculiar place to live. A town stuck in a long-gone decade does nothing but challenge the people a part of it. 17-year-old Finn Mortland is new to Whitelocke and becomes questioned when learning his long-time selfish behaviors will cause him nothing but issues. Socializing with the locals is a tricky puzzle for him, though it may be what helps him to survive.Whitelocke is a story that speaks on the tribulations given by small towns and the impacts they can have on its participants. Not understanding what social cues to follow can always be a detriment to survival.
