Two hundred years ago a famous haunting left a supernatural uneasiness resting on a small Kentucky river. Now, a recent rape and murder rekindles that angry spirit. The ghost of the victim stalks men on the river and attacks them, satisfying her taste for revenge. But, nothing will stop her anger until her murderer is brought to justice. Reporter Eric Green, from the small town called Seedy Hills, looks into the deaths along the river and tries to take the rumors of a ghost's revenge out of the story. Thinking the deaths can be explained logically, he and his ghost believer girl friend, looks into the mystery. What they find can only be described as unexpected.
