Two of the stories in this collection are adventures from my time in the U.S. Navy that I somehow managed to survive. In Mortality Realized a young sailor risks life and limb on a testosterone fueled adventure. In Operation Goodwill cooler heads must prevail during a stand-off in the Black sea in order to prevent war with the Soviet Union. The others are paranormal fictions because those are the kind I like best. In The Way of The Pack a young man named Colt learns about the dark side of gypsy magic when the carnival comes to town and in the story Hope, John discovers he must have the courage to ride his motorcycle to hell and back to save his true love. The story Hope offers a new and very unique perspective on the purpose of human life on Earth and our ultimate destiny in the universe.
