Billy Odom's marriage is ending, and the strain is getting to him. Vivid nightmares feature his wife as some weird, Lovecraftian monster. Karri has always been different, teaching Billy strange bedroom practices to satisfy her bizarre lusts... At least he's still in his right mind. The same can't be said for his neighbor, Kurt Manning. While Billy is struggling with a broken heart, Kurt has just slipped over the edge. Reality has taken a sudden left turn, the neighborhood is a battleground, and Kurt challenges Billy to a game of war...with his own daughter Cathy as the prize. "If you think you can get her, come try..." In the midst of the struggle, Karri shows up, and before long Billy is beginning to think that she's enjoying the torture Kurt is heaping on him. As Kurt's demands become more strenuous, and his deadline for his daughter's safety is running out, Billy finds the battle across the street is coming home. Worse still, his nightmares are coming true. Karri IS a monster... and she has plans for them all.
