World Full Of Outrage is the story of Frank Sphinx, a man who is either a telepathic assassin in the service of the shadow government that dominates our society, or a deranged drifter in a tinfoil-lined hat, or possibly both things at once. When Frank's masters send him to recover a long-lost book of the Bible, he comes into conflict with a doomsday cult that seeks to wipe mankind's sins away with a modern-day Great Flood. Over the course of his mission, Frank will travel the globe, grapple with demons both literal and figurative, and discover a conspiracy to conceal the origins of life itself.
