Darque Reflections

A series of incredibly brutal, ritualistic-style murders in the town of Haberville, Florida turns the small college town upside-down. The killings seem part of some twisted madman's ritualistic style that has the police department stumped, and the town in the grip of fear. Kelly, a computer programmer, is a man who tries to keep to himself, only to find he is being implicated in the brutal slayings. But Kelly discovers the truth of the murders, and finds himself trapped in a dimension somewhere between our world and hell, and between sanity and madness as he struggles to free himself from the horrors he is forced to witness. What's more, he has to find a way to protect the one person in this world that matters to him, and he knows she is on the killer's list. A tale of suspense and horror that takes the main character into the nether regions between our world and hell. There, he is forced to watch the horrific slayings of the monster and utterly helpless to stop it. Kelly must somehow escape the torment and horrors he is forced to endure and face the killer that is skinning its victims alive... and bears his image.

About the Author

Aside from writing, the author enjoys sculpting, painting, playing music, and (of course) fencing. A nature-lover, Saber enjoys hiking in the mountains, nature walks in the Everglades, the beach, and forest walks. The author has been everything from a cook, a clerk, a law-enforcement officer, a teacher, a reptile hunter, and a nurse. Many of these life experiences have helped to give a wide area of knowledge to draw on the stories this writer produces.
