Nightmares and illusions continue to haunt Katie in her new home, an old Victorian house in Arlington. The ghosts are so relentless in making her feel their unwelcoming presence that she is forced to investigate the Gableman family, the original owners of the house built in 1890. With the help of her new friend, Anna, she digs through old newspapers and files that eventually lead to the discovery of an old woman who knew the Gableman family's darkest secrets.
