Earth's End

Technology and beings from beyond have always scared and captured the interest of many. Some predict they will bring about the end of the world, after all, the apocalypse is imminent and it's anyone's guess how it will happen. Strange beings of evolution or from someplace we don't even know exists, free to devour or conquer mankind; demons from the pits of hell, let loose to run rampant on Earth, killing at will; souls loosed by a planetary alignment, released to spread carnage on humanity; a holy war waged 'til death; alternate dimensions of the past, now part of the future; and a cyborg race of the elderly, all wait to be released from these pages. Let your imagination run wild and don't be afraid to wonder... Is there any hope? Or will the Earth truly end?

About the Author

Kim Curley began her writing journey in 2008, taking an online course titled, 'How to Sell Your Fiction Novel.' At the same time, Kim enrolled in a correspondence course and became a 2010 graduate of the Institute of Children's Literature of West Redding, Connecticut.  Her story for Wicked East Press sci-fi/apocalypse anthology, "Earth's End," titled, "Faith: An Apocalypse Story," is her first published piece for a book (published January 2012). Kim's second piece, a nonfiction story titled, "Much Better, Thank You," is included in Hidden Thoughts Press anthology, "Anxiety Disorders True Stories of Survival," (published April 2012).Kim's prefer's writing fiction/fantasy, to provide escapism for readers everywhere. "I write what I would want to read, when I get the chance to read."
