No Mercy for the Wicked

Long ago, an ancient race called the Arcane, at harmony with the universe, discovered a way to harness the energies of creation, but greed and jealousy led them into a dark genocide. Now, long after the last Arcane passed away, a select few humans possess a special bond with spirits of the ancient race. Known as pact-making, the human becomes able to harness a fraction of the Arcane’s abilities, but while most use their powers for the greater good, one pact-maker has used his powers to manipulate and destroy countless lives. Gewalt, the dark warrior, has plans for the world and the future of all mankind. Years he’s spent preparing for his grand design, and now as he draws near to his final objective only a few strangers dare to oppose him. But do they possibly stand a chance against Gewalt, or will they be too late...

About the Author

Ryan Shea became enamored at the age of three with the world of roleplaying, horror and videogames. Growing up reading countless fantasy and horror novels and having access to a computer at home it was inevitable that he would start writing. It wasn't until his junior year of undergraduate college though that he actually took the idea of writing a book seriously, finally deciding to take a stab at writing a fantasy series he'd slowly thought of over the years. He plans to continue writing horror and fantasy for the rest of his life.
