Gerald Hawksley is a children's book author and illustrator, and part time fishmonger and astronaut. He lives in a small castle beside the River Snood with his chums Lord Treacle, "Mousy" Mousington and Otto Fishblanket. They often go treasure hunting in a motorised bathtub and then come home and have tea and cake.
