About the Author

Frances Applequist has already lived three lives in one and is not finished yet. After years at home, raising the sons she loves, she moved into corporate work and the life of a single mom. Remarried and happy, Frances re-educated and left corporate work for an academic life as a college English instructor.  During her teaching years, she discovered a passion for the writing side of the pen. Now, all those experiences have culminated in Fran's first novel, Fangs, Claws, and Camouflage: Zombie Problems. With her husband's support and her sons' encouragement she balances her love for family, her love for teaching, and her love for writing.
