About the Author

Lisa Shelton has been a classroom teacher in the Head Start program for 18 years and currently holds an AAS in Early Childhood Education. An artist herself, she strongly believes in the healing power of art therefore she ensures her students have ample opportunity to engage in open ended art, dance and music experiences.
