A manic mind and mangled memory made me. Chaotic like the one who wrote it. This morbid poetry had been once sworn to be something that I would take to the grave. I was told at a young age that to write down your thoughts is to heal. But see, I then sat with these thoughts now on paper too long. Slept for years in the same room as these note books which held my grim imagery and at the risk of moulding, turning stale, not the poems but my mind itself, I decided with the guidance of an interested friend, that I would let the world in. To peer eyes through to digest my words, my worlds, my wonder. So that then maybe, I won't have to hold them anymore.
