There is a monster loose in the small quiet Brooklyn community of Sheepshead Bay, a creature that is spreading a murderous reign of death for whoever gets in his way. Although its kind dominated the earth long before humans, it finds itself near extinction. Now it means to reassert its dominance by using human females in an effort to replenish its kind upon the planet. Meanwhile, two detectives from the nearby 21st precinct follow its bloody trail. Detective Frank Russo and his partner, not knowing what they were dealing with, seek to stop it before it can strike again, their only clue being a young Russian refugee who can listen in on the dark thoughts of the creature. Will the two detectives be able to piece the clues together before it can realize its evil plans for mankind?
