About the Author

Carl D. Smith was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1974. Reading and writing have always been his primary joys in life. Possessing a desire to help others, he attended Nebraska Christian College and graduated with a BA in Pastoral Ministry in 1998, only to leave the ministry shortly after to attend Creighton University. earned his PharmD in 2009. Carl enjoys studying anthropology, physics, Roman history, religion, and Mad Magazine. Mostly Mad Magazine. Carl's other works include the novella The Darkness Out of Carthage, Smell a Rat, Horror of Loon Lake, and BCWYWF.
