It was almost one thousand years ago when The Norse Knarr, a Viking supply ship, mysteriously went missing. The ship had taken a route heading south along the eastern coast of Canada to a destination known as L'anse aux Meadows, meaning Jellyfish Cove. At the time, it was a small Viking outpost situated on what is now known as Newfoundland. The Vikings inhabiting this area were completely baffled when the Norse Knarr never arrived as it was the summer months and they knew the Knarr would have hugged the Canadian coastline for safety. They decided to send one of their own ships to find it. However, after an extensive search lasting almost a month, they were forced to return to their outpost without any explanation. In the summer of 2015, a small Dutch archaeological team set up camp on the eastern coast of Canada at a site of an ancient Indian tribe. It isn't long (and quite by accident) before the archaeologists stumble upon the remains of what can only be described as a Viking ship. Could this be the long-lost Norse Knarr? The team are thrilled to have uncovered such a find but their exhilaration and enthusiasm soon dissolves when a series of unexplained and frightening events begin to happen.
