Do you believe in ghosts? Doesn’t everyone? I certainly do based on my own experience. This novel was inspired by real events, accounts of ghosts recorded by others, and that happened to me. It is part fact and fiction; the thin line of truth between the two unidentifiable. Is this proof of an afterlife? Perhaps. There is a reason why ghost stories in classic literature are so plentiful. They are meant to comfort, as well as to instill fear. For many, encounters with the unknown are not fiction. Sometimes these encounters take the form of a reunion with a deceased loved one or a confrontation with a strange creature. Scariest of all, our inner demons may haunt us in our most troubled times. No matter how they manifest, paranormal encounters are very real for those who experience them.
