Midnight Vindication: Book I: Redemption

“Free will - it is the very essence of our humanity- a gift given to us by God. We have the choice to turn from Him and indulge in our own carnal desires or follow Him to serve a higher purpose. However, what if, in one split-second, that choice was taken from us through no fault of our own and we were condemned to walk the earth in darkness, taking human life in order to sustain our own for millennia to come? Would God punish us on the Day of Judgment for something that was entirely beyond our control? Or would He grant us a second chance to redeem ourselves?This is a question that Trinity, a fledgling vampire, is faced with. The Bible says, in 1st Corinthians 10:13, that God will never allow us to be tempted more than we are able to handle. And He will provide a way of escape so that we may be able to withstand it. But, will Trinity and her new very unique family of vampires discover what that way of escape is before it is too late? Only eternity will tell. However, despite what history has led them to believe, they are soon to discover that eternity is a luxury they don’t have. So begins their quest for redemption….”
