My Magical Awakening tells the story of one woman's journey in finding her true self and living life on her own terms when she starts to use magic. Ayanna, the main character struggles with her newly found beliefs and wonders if she is cut out to be a so called witch. While she makes the decision to commit to a life of spiritual freedom and learning magic some people in her life do not approve but she does not let that stop her. Through out her journey she learns how to cast spells, opens her third eye and has many supernatural experiences including seeing ghosts as well as connecting with her Ancestors. With all of the new experiences that she encounters she learns how to trust her higher self and comes to the realization that not only is she cut out for a life of magic but comes to the conclusion that this is the life that she was destined to live.
