The Demon Seer: An Ethindriil Short Story

"I see so much more than any of you can imagine..." Krillian Pike is a Demon Seer, condemned to die by fire. The rightful execution of a deranged cultist and practitioner of unholy arts and demonic rituals. But, in truth, he was an enemy of what witches and warlocks worshiped. He was a hunter. A warrior against the dark reaches of hell. An assassin of Demons. If people only knew of the hidden war in which he fought, he would be treated as a hero. "Where you see nothing, I see the darkness of hell. Where you see innocence, I see a sad, unknowing victim. Where you see my sins, I see my duty to defend against the ever-present outbreak of chaos and death. Oh yes...I see more than you...I see Demons." NOTE FROM AUTHOR: This short story introduces characters and places to the world of Ethindriil, but is not reliant on the reader having read, Fate of an Empire. The Demon Seer can be completely enjoyed on its own. It does however benefit any readers that are waiting for the second book following the events of Fate of an Empire. It will add some fun backstory and twists to that plot line. Thank you for reading!
