Death at the Zendo: A mystery and Tantric love story that takes place at an American Zen Buddhist monastery. When Bo’s wife leaves him for another man, he seeks the peace and tranquility at the temple but finds himself and the entire community threatened by a killer and a sheriff who wants them shut down. Prema, the Brooklyn enchantress, initiates him in the “dark” arts of Tantra. About the author: Ben Sen Dan Foley started out a journalist but soon switched to the harder stuff. He’s been a film and theatre critic, a playwright, blogger, actor, and whether he likes it or not a poet, having won a Pushcart Press Award among others. His play “An Evening with Dan Foley,” was performed at St. Mark’s Church in NYC, and “Don’t Stop the Train, We’re Getting On,” and “April Fool’s Day” were also performed in the city.
