She too was a pet, but now been abandoned by an owner who no longer has time for her. When a chance meeting brings them together, they join a local feral pack whose territory includes the wilderness desert of nearby Las Vegas. When food becomes scarce, the pack must add new prey items in order to survive. Tourists are on the menu. When grisly bodies begin turning up in the area, Las Vegas detectives Lt. Tommy Logan and Sgt. Joe Ricci, are called in to find the killers. But when the case leads them to Lt. Logan's own back yard, matters take a turn for the worse.
