Don't Go Home

A saying in the smalltown of Endiclove, NY goes "if opportunity flows keep on track and once you go just don't look back" and the ones that do always drift back. Addicts, broken dreams, and lost youth devour the town. People get so high they don't even notice how much people go missing or "legally insane" in the town or how the rest of the world seems to keep moving on, yet the town never changes. 27-year-old Joy Claribel who grew up in Endiclove is visiting her best friend Chessa Goswin (Joy and Chessa haven't seen each other in three years but speak every day) when she and her memories get reacquainted. Joy thought she escaped Endiclove 9 years ago when she moved to Manhattan for school to be a makeup designer but the wounds of a broken home always made her a bit socially awkward. It's the beginning of summer and with the U.S being in the middle of World War 3 things in NYC feel way too hectic. Joy decides to go home for the summer but she immediately starts to remember the paranormal experiences she went through as a child that she thought she forgot. On her visit, Joy comes across so many questionable characters in Endiclove and strange occurrences keep happening but with the help of her old friends, Joy will start to put missing pieces together and try to save the hometown she once loved from something bizarre ...and perhaps more sinister than she ever imagined to be true.
