After the outbreak of Japan, the world is sent into a panic, learning of the virus and its capabilities to turn those infected into horrific, undead creatures. Kenji, one of the few survivors of the outbreak, tries to move on with his life but finds the past comes back to haunt us. Fearing another outbreak, the nations of the world maintain a quarantine of the lost nation of Japan, hoping to find a way to prevent it from happening again. Hope in this ideal becomes a reality with a fateful radio call, but is salvation too good to be true?
