"The Corona Chronicles: Solar Serendipity" is the first book in the exciting new series from author Kenneth Michaels. "The Corona Chronicles" follows the citizens of a Midwestern city called Corona. The primary focus is on the Benedict family. The first book centers on Sean Benedict, the gay prodigal son who returns home to Corona after a four-year sojourn to New York City. Upon his return, Sean goes on a spiritual awakening as he attempts to find the persons responsible for the beatings of five gay men outside a bar called the Purple Monster. His story will take him on a journey of the senses as he reconnects with a high-school flame, who may have something to do with the Purple Monster beatings. "The Corona Chronicles: Solar Serendipity" is a mixture of romance, mystery, mystical, crazy characters, comedy and, of course, tragedy.
