About the Author

D. Annette was born and raised in Chicago, where she spent over thirty years in the telecommunications industry. This includes working for a publishing company, a law firm, a major newspaper, and fifteen years directing the Telecommunications Department at Chicago State University. Now retired, D. Annette currently lives in Las Vegas. She has two adult children.
