A Burgundia Adventure for 3rd Level Characters A pirate radio station has been broadcasting in the capital city. The on-air talent, Ahvan (a reference to the Vedician god of renewal), professes to have the ability to cast spells via broadcast signals, however it has been mostly dismissed as a promotional hoax to garner more listeners. Recently, an outspoken opponent of the broadcast was reported to have committed suicide at the behest of the radio host. Authorities began an investigation, but have been unable to locate the source of the broadcast. Since the investigation began, unconfirmed reports blame illness and dangerous behavior on the broadcast. The possible magical nature of this investigation means it falls under the jurisdiction of Nachtrichter. You are assigned to locate the source of this illegal broadcast, shut it down, and apprehend the figure known as Ahvan.
