Marauders are taking what they want and killing whoever gets in their way. And Abby fears she may never make it home again. Realizing the trip home will not be as easy as she thought, she decides to join together with another group to increase her chances of survival and to get Ava home safely. And even then it proves to be a challenge. Nothing else matters to Abby but getting Ava home safely to their mother and herself back in Conner’s arms, that is, until she meets Jeremiah.
