She yearns for more than her mundane job at Saint Lawrence Hospital, however her small circle of close knit coworkers and the "occasional" gin and tonic at their local after work hangout Luther's make it bearable. Odd dreams about demonic creatures, chance meetings with strangers and a murder set her on a path to discover secrets that will change her life forever. I have written this book in stream of consciousness style from the main character's perspective. It has some elements of folklore and mythology loosely based in Slavic culture. I tried to incorporate some elements of humor in the book as well. If you enjoy this installment please watch for the second in the series entitled Sapphire and Saline, currently in the works.
