Tom Sisto has been adhering to Detective Caden’s wishes, contributing as a member of the experimental task force she proposed and Mayor Maitland implemented. Detective Bell has picked up the burden of running the unit along with a ragtag group of people, specifically chosen for their talents. Months after the bloodbath Sisto narrowly survived, his team has been handed down a new assignment. Andrick Wesley is a man that has no reservations about killing. He has spent the better part of his life chasing an impossible high. Year after year, the weight of having to restrain himself becomes seemingly impossible. He feels each day becoming harder to contain the rage. Sisto and his team track a lead to an annual charity event, and it is decided that Sisto can once again prove himself, this time going undercover. With the clock ticking down and no time to spare, Sisto must break out every tool, every training tactic, and every movie & television show he had learned from over the years, to go up against a nemesis like no other. With his psychic gift, The Reels, along with a team to back him up, Tom Sisto will attempt to deliver justice. Andrick Wesley will take his decades of pent-up aggression to deliver as many to their deaths as he can. Nothing is set in stone, nothing can prepare Sisto for what is to come, not even with his second sight riding shotgun.
