The Dark Writer isn't from this time... While travelling through Germany's black forest, possessing a rich mythological landscape, four friends stumbled upon a hidden cave, which showed signs of once being inhabited. Curiosity set in and while exploring, a leather covered metal chest was discovered beneath some loose rocks. When the chest was forced open there was an eerie feeling that something had escaped and the cave suddenly grew darker. When the light returned a wealth of manuscripts and a collection of illustrations were found. Scrawled on the inside of the lid in German was "Dark Writer". Some time was taken in translating a few of the manuscripts into books as they were written in German and encrypted.
