About the Author

Carla Coon has been happily married to her husband Darrell for 29 years, living in Upstate New York and raising their eight children. The GLEN SERIES is a synergy of two great passions: her love of religious studies and nature. Beyond running a busy household and enjoying her growing family, Carla Coon's professional experience included serving as Editor of NYS LifeWork's newsletter, where she also contributed a monthly column. She wrote in-depth pieces for the NCR, and her articles have been published in New Oxford Review, Faith & Family, the Press & Sun-Bulletin and more. Currently she is coordinating the establishment of family support groups online and locally in NY. Once a ballroom dance instructor, Carla enjoys music and dance, roaming art museums, and travel with her husband, but mostly time with her ever-expanding family which now includes two daughter-in-laws, a new son-in-law, three grand-daughters and one new grandchild on the way.
