As long as she can remember, young Canadian Ning Zhao has trained in the art of Kung Fu. She and her father shared a dream that she would someday compete in China’s legendary Kung Fu Grand Prix tournament. Despite her father’s tragic death, Ning is determined to fulfill this dream. When Ning arrives at the tournament, mysteries from her father’s past are revealed. Two monks befriend her, warning of a deadly criminal empire that sought her father’s end. This empire, led by an evil chairman and his henchmen, will stop at nothing to gain power, even by supernatural means. Truths will surface that Ning never expected, and her life will certainly never be the same.
