About the Author

Christy King currently lives in a small town outside of Austin where an unlikely pine forest grows. With no children, she shares her home with her husband of twenty-three years, Rodney, two cats, and three Chihuahuas. Storylines and dialogue play through her head at all hours of the night until she gives them release and lets them form into a novel. The characters write the story for her, sometimes leading where she never thought they would go.
