After a hard break up, Nika Young wanted to make some new changes in her life, but she couldn’t have imagined how profound those changes would be after an unexpected encounter with a strange man. Nika becomes part of a one hundred year old plan and her path leads her to the far North of Europe where she gets an inquirer job that only very few humans can do, and stay alive. Her days become more intense and she begins to fall for a handsome team leader, Andrei Belun. Stories of vampires have become an unimaginable reality for Nika. They walk among them, infiltrated and inconspicuous, but they have their enemies too and Nika becomes part of the peacekeeping mission – or at least that’s what she’s been told.
