Jess and the Carnival Killer (Jess and the Monsters)

In book four of the "Jess and the Monsters" series, Jess, still on the run from werewolves and the FBI, takes refuge at a carnival where strange disappearances have been taking place. Jess investigates, and more crimes occur. But it appears that different people have perpetrated each criminal act. What do they all have in common? As Jess quickly learns, these are no ordinary crimes and this is no ordinary carnival. Jess finds new allies and dangerous new situations as she becomes more and more involved in the carnival life. Did The Pinhead do it? The crazy Reverend? The Human Worm? The Fat Lady? Or someone else? Jess comes across an unending stream of oddball characters as she investigates the sideshow disappearances. This is the fourth issue of the bi-weekly serial, Jess and the Monsters. Over the course of the series, Jess will encounter new friends and do battle with all manner of creatures.
