Horror University

On a college tour, Chrissie Hightower falls in love with Boswell University. The campus is situated on a site of incredible natural beauty. Located on the rugged Maine coast, miles from anywhere, it is perched high above the Atlantic Ocean. Boswell encompasses Baslow Creek, which gurgles through the campus and tumbles down to the ocean shoals as Baslow Falls; the iconic Cliff Walk, which overlooks the falls and the Atlantic; the lovely forested Boswell Plantations; and marvelously striking Gothic structures like Knight Hall. Boswell University has it all. And the university proclaims itself to be the most progressive of all the Ivy League schools. It is everything a university should be. All this sits well with Chrissie, who ignores the sense of foreboding experienced by her friend and companion, Sarah. Chrissie applies to Boswell University, is accepted, and chooses to attend.Once at Boswell University, Chrissie rapidly falls under the spell of George Holefield, the charismatic graduate student who is both the Residential Assistant for her hall, and her instructor for “American Romantic Literature”.But George Holefield isn’t what he had seemed….And neither was Boswell University.
