In this paranormal ghost story we meet Susan Jones, the first woman governor of Nevada. She'd been told more times than she could count that she would never make it, that the voters would not elect a woman governor, but she and her team had refused to listen to the naysayers and instead charged forward. She had won by a small margin running as an Independent, which confused the two main political parties. After all the mudslinging, name calling, and empty promises from her opponents, the voters had still chosen her. Now all she had to do was settle into the historic mansion--but Susan discovers that some of the previous residents never actually left.
