Its been over two-hundred years since the first earthers arrived in Ceres, a world of magic and strange beasts rife with adventure and treasure the likes they had never seen before. But with their arrival came the spawn of the undead armies that began to slowly consume the planet. Unable to form any meaningful alliances the planet slowly faded into darkness as one by one each of the major races fell to the hordes of the undead. Humanity having not been spared from its wrath had retreated to two major cities; the city of Bastion that hid under a halo of magical protection and Dragon’s Rest, a hollowed-out volcano under the protection of a great dragon and its kin. The world was at a standstill until the undead armies breached the walls of Dragon’s Rest and the mountain fortress fell to their armies and with it, the last hope for humanity on Ceres thus unlocking the second seal for humanities souls. With the second seal failing, the last remaining earth survivors on Ceres are teleported to a strange planet where they must enter the crucible, a large dome connecting them to areas on Ceres where they must defeat the undead they encounter there. Should they fail here, all will be lost.
