Howie Noel is the creator & artist of the popular paranormal comic, Tara Normal(R), & is the official cartoonist of TAPS Paramagazine. Howie's character and comic strip Tara Normal have appeared in the publication since 2010 as well as online at TaraNormal.com since 2009. He is also a featured radio show host at LiveParanormal.com. Howie's caricatures and portraits of the TAPS team and stars of Ghost Hunters have helped raise thousands of dollars for charities benefiting the paranormal community.
