Whisperers: The Harbinger

Joanna and Bridget are two ordinary horse loving girls. Their mothers are sisters and their fathers have been friends since Kindergarten. Ever since Joanna was little, she has had vivid dreams, that seem to foretell future events. Her mother is very dismissive, branding her dreams as; Nonsense and coincidence . Apart from having to deal with her mothers attitude, Joanna is happy. Life seems perfect. Bridget; Big sister to Eddie and Joanna's best friend and cousin, has 'A special way' with horses, but doesn’t understand what it is, or why. Out of the blue, a terrible tragedy ensues, which affects each and every one of them, tearing the two families apart. Joanna is made to believe she is going mad, until one stormy night, when the girls are told the story of their ancient dead Grandmother, Anna Brown, who was drowned for being a witch. Now, everything starts to make sense. With the help of their long dead, great grandmother and a young spirit boy, Joanna, Bridget and Eddie are about to uncover a family history that will change all their lives forever.
