"The Shadows" is a collection of short stories in two parts. The first deal with actual ghost hunting by a television crew and the incredible things that happened. The second part continu8es the supernatural thriller fiction writing of Bill Brown who was part of that crew and that influence is reflected in both mind-numbing and gentle stories of the paranormal. There is a conversation with the long dead Frank Sinatra (at least one side) and a ghostly prediction of a future murder in the real stories. In part two, there are gentle aliens and vicious spirits and terrifying shots, all rooted in factual beginnings. This is Brown's 10th novel and it continues to thrill and please his readers.
