Bruce Campbell is a man obsessed. From being a bullied child he grows into a teenager haunted by his infatuation with Lena Kaplikas, and as he gradually surrenders his life to drug and alcohol addiction he becomes gripped by the need to control the world around him. His life’s work becomes Lena, and if he can’t have her, no one else will. For Bruce it is a crusade. But as with most crusades, things go awry. And as with most crusades, it leaves behind it a trail of death and destruction.
